Esther continues: “When a camper needs maintenance or an MOT inspection, the owner can simply hand over the key and we will schedule and carry out the work. This saves customers time and hassle, especially when they have suspended their camper for a longer period due to increased road tax, or when they live further away.”

Our location at Multibox fits perfectly with what camper owners need. Around two-thirds of our customer base now consists of storage customers.”

Esther: “Planning is important. Communication takes place by phone and email. Where necessary, we use photos to explain or support the work being carried out. This allows customers to see exactly what is going on and helps us coordinate decisions about maintenance or repairs properly. The aim is to give them as little to worry about as possible!”

Camperservice Oude-Tonge also offers a start-up service for campers that have difficulty starting after being stored for a longer period. “For a fixed price, a mechanic will help on site in the storage facility. That makes our service accessible and practical for camper owners who want to use their vehicle again after the storage period.”
